Lights On!

This photo shows the lowered front license plate, which allows all of the chrome trim of the grill to show. Remove the Chrysler plate holder, fill in the holes with epoxy putty, and paint with touch-up paint. Then buy a chrome plate frame at any auto parts store, and drill two lower holes in the bumper fascia for the new plate frame. I bolted the lower holes of the frame only to the plate. (If you hit a low curb, the bottom of the fascia could flex up, so I think it best not to have the plate's bottom edge bolted to the car.)
